I really like the Kraken Pro wine red chair! It looks great and the backrest provides excellent support without needing a cushion. It fits my back perfectly, and the headrest is super comfy. The only downside is the small gap between the backrest and seat, but it's not a big deal for me. Overall, it's a solid and stylish chair!

I was hesitant to spend this much on a chair, but it’s been worth every penny. The build quality, comfort, and support make it a great value.

I’ve used a few gaming chairs before, but the KrakenPro stands out. The cushioning and lumbar support make long gaming sessions much more comfortable.

Placed my order yesterday afternoon, and it was shipped out the same night. Packaging was perfect upon arrival, and I love this chair already!

I own both the Athena X and KrakenPro, and while both are great, I prefer the KrakenPro. The lumbar support and armrests feel much more refined. If you have the budget, I highly recommend going for the KrakenPro.

I've had the Noblechair Icon for about 8 years and couldn't find a chair that could replace it. I bought the Corsair TC500 and it was just alright.. So i decided to just hope and pray with little reviews on youtube for this chair and just purchase the chair. Chair arrived.. opened the box and took the parts out and first thing i noticed were the side casing that hides the lever mechanism were broken off during shipping. Contacted support and they were quick to respond and fix my issues. It has been about a week now and havent gotten an email that the part was shipped out yet but I am patient. The chair is really really comfortable. The seat is not hard as a rock and the back support is something else. This is the best chair I have purchased but there is a few things that are just off. For a 600 dollar chair im expecting everything to be almost perfect. I can tell the quality is much better than the Corsair TC500. The chair is heavy and just feels premium. There was a few things though that have been bothering me though which leaning forward the chair makes a creaking sound. The Frog mechanism I wish it were more stiff where I wish it didnt lean back a few inches even though I have it locked.. The space between the cushion and the arm rests is like a whole inch difference apart.. but I think the cushion itself is not evenly flat but one side seems to be higher than the other. The chair is nice though but I wish there was instructions on how to use the lumbar support.

I used to slouch all the time, but this chair naturally encourages me to sit properly. The lumbar support makes a noticeable difference, and I feel less tension in my back at the end of the day.

The chair feels premium, both in terms of materials and appearance. Initially, I thought the lumbar support was loose and might be a defect, so I contacted customer support. Turns out, it’s designed that way for adjustability! After three months of use, I’ve had zero issues—great purchase!

Had a small issue with a missing screw, and support responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. Impressive service!

First, I did get the chair put together and it is working properly as far as I can tell. There are no instructions on using the chair! The assembly instructions are written by someone that assumed you know what you are doing. Wife and I worked on it together and between the two of us we figured it out. Of course I then found the assembly video on this page after I was done. The video would have answered a few questions about assembly. There is a QR code on the inside of the box but the URL it points you to is non-functional.

My main complaint is that the seat does not go high enough. The specifications show maximum height of 20.1" but it isn't clear what that measures. Now that I have the chair together, it appears to be from floor to top of seat. Measuring my old chair the same way, I was comfortable at 22" and that was not the max height of that chair. I am 67" tall.

Otherwise the chair appears to be comfortable. Time will tell if this was a good investment.
