Yes, the mounting brackets on the left and right sides of the base are different. This design allows for easier installation of the backrest onto the base. The left-side mounting bracket is movable, while the right-side bracket is fixed.

When sitting in the chair, you will find an adjustment handle directly below the right armrest. This handle is used to adjust the seat height. If you are unable to adjust the height using this handle, check whether the handle is installed correctly. If necessary, reinstall the handle and try adjusting again.

When sitting in the chair, there is an adjustment handle just below the left armrest. Pull it up to activate Carefree Mode and push it down to deactivate it. When Carefree Mode is on, the adjustable tilt range is 1-14 degrees.

The Athena X in black, white, and pink are fabric chairs. Of the five color options for Athena and AthenaPro, black and yellow are leather, while gray, blue, and pink are fabric. All colors of the Kraken and KrakenPro chairs are made of leather.

For leather chairs, simply wipe with a damp cloth, and avoid using cleaners that contain strong acids or alkalis. For fabric chairs, you can use a vacuum cleaner to remove surface dust and regularly wipe with a cloth. For stubborn stains, you can use our dedicated cleaner (coming soon).
