We strive to process all orders on the same or next business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during peak periods, such as holidays or sales, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience during these times.

We currently offer shipping service within UK except certain remote areas. Shipments to military APO, FPO, and DPO destinations are not available at this time. To ensure timely delivery, we use different shipping carriers based on your location and the type of item you have ordered. For orders within the United Kingdom, DX is our primary shipping partner. In-stock items are generally delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
